Policies & Information

Through out my many years in the food service industry, I have had the chance to experience a wide variety of situations on serving the customer. I have decided to not only to include a "per person" charge, but offer a "per piece" or "per pound" charge. By doing this, I can keep prices more competetive than most other caterers. Here at Ka-Bobs, we like to keep waste at a minimum. This insures that our customers get exactly what they ordered at a competetive price!

Payment Schedule and Deposit Information

 
50 % deposit is due at the time of booking your event.  Final payment is due 10 days prior to the day of the event, along with all menu, set-up directions, and guest count.  These policies will be enforced in order to have proper time to execute your event smoothly. 
 

Cancellation Policy

 
Deposits are non-refundable.  Less than 30 days out, if you must cancel your event, your deposit will only be good to re-book your event, otherwise it will be forfeited.
 

Equipment Packages

 
All equipment can be provided for an added per person fee.  All caterings are provided with black plastic-ware and plastic cutlery, unless specified.
 

Leftover Food Procedure

 
Per the state health department, the only way we will release extra or leftover food is if you purchase food by the tray, per piece, or per pound.  Otherwise, the food leftover is the property of Ka-Bobs.
 

Signed Contract

 
Ka-Bobs requires a signed contract upon booking your event along with your required deposit.
 

Service Charges

 
There will be a 20 % service charge for all events should your event require service and will be billed accordingly
